I'm Nichole Aquino, a senior UX designer and researcher with 10+ years experience working with federal and state government, nonprofits, and communities engaged with public services.

Currently, I’m helping to improve access to federal government services on the Technology Transformation Services team.

Recently, I co-published a report outlining recommendations and tools to build public space for youth.

Previously, I've led product design classes at Parsons School of Design and workshops at Robin Hood Foundation.
